Azimio coalition led by Kalonzo Musyoka has instructed elected leaders to reject the salary increase proposed by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC).

In a press conference held today in Nairobi today, The coalition asked National treasury to reallocate that money towards employing JSS teachers, health workers and youth in Kenya

They also accused government of sponsoring goons to infiltrate well thought Gen-Zs protests hence looting properties in the full glare of security forces to taint youths

The opposition leaders have appealed to Kenyans from all walks of life to unite since It is time for Ruto to take responsibility for all his actions & he should step down to allow for a smooth transition of power

They further called for very quick enactment of IEBC Amendment bill 2024 to ensure the electoral reforms are well reconstituted.
