Former Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana has made a significant return to academia, resuming his role as a professor at Daystar University’s Law School. In a statement, Kibwana expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to re-enter the academic world after a hiatus, following a previous 25-year tenure at the University of Nairobi (UoN).
Kibwana will be actively involved in the Master of Laws Programme, set to begin in January 2025.
Reflecting on this new chapter, the former governor emphasized his passion for being where the youth are, stating, “I pray I always be there.” His return to academia marks a fresh start after years of public service, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to empowering future generations.
