“Hizi challenges mnaona nikipitia are very normal in business, especially when a company is growing. Every big entrepreneur at one point must face litigation or money problems, especially when God is taking you to higher levels. To the ones reaching out, I am 100% okay and I will overcome,” he wrote.

The flamboyant businessman was arrested on Tuesday, December 3, at one of his car yards in Ridgeways by detectives from Kasarani Police Station. This followed complaints from a businessman identified only as Murimi, who alleged Kairo failed to deliver a luxurious Range Rover despite receiving Ksh 26 million as payment.

As investigations continue, Kairo’s lawyer is reportedly negotiating with the complainant to settle the matter amicably. However, police have maintained that Kairo remains under arrest and could face charges of obtaining money by false pretenses if negotiations fail.
Kairo, known for his lavish lifestyle and high-end car dealerships, also faces similar complaints filed at the Nairobi Area Regional Police Headquarters and Gigiri Police Station.
His statement has sparked mixed reactions online, with supporters applauding his resilience while critics accuse him of evading accountability. All eyes are now on the negotiations and potential legal proceedings, as Kairo’s troubles cast a spotlight on the murky world of luxury car dealerships in Nairobi.
