A popular Kenyan Dj has been arrested in connection with the death of a senior police officer in Nairobi County.
Joseph Mwenda Munoru aka Dj Joe Mfalme was arrested together with other four people alledgly for attacking a Kabete Police Station Deputy DCIO Felix Kelian on march 16 , and who has since since died while receiving treatment at a Nairobi Hospital following abdominal pains and other injuries sustained after the alleged beating by the Dj and his accomplices.
The assault happened after the officer was involved in a “non-injury traffic accident” on the said date at around 4am within the Kikuyu market. Police are allegedly pursuing more suspects including a woman who was reportedly at the scene.
The body of the Deputy DCIO has since been moved to the Umash Funeral Home as investigations on the matter continue.
