    Mr Francis Siva , the General Manager Infrastructure And Development at Tana Athi Water Works Development Agency, is one of the top officials most wanted by EACC to answer to graft charges , Channel 15 News can reveal.

    This is after five senior officials at Tana Athi Works Development Agency were tipped off plan by EACC to nab them.

    The said officials who have since switched their phones after getting a tip that EACC was on their radar to bring them into book, include Mr David Otieno Mwango who serves as Operations manager, Mr Eric Muendo Ng’alu a Senior Engineer, Mr Dickson Mugambi an Engineer and Mr Duncan Mulandi Mutambuki who serves as Finance and Accounts manager.

    The said officials are wanted by EACC for influencing the Tender award for the construction of Kinanie Leather Industrial Park Limited Water Supply Project during the financial years 2021/2022. & 2022/2023 worthy Ksh 292 million.

    Yesterday Tana Athi Water Works Development Agency CEO Freindrick Tito was charged at Kitui EACC court with three counts namely conspiracy to commit an offence of corruption, abuse of office contrary to section 46, willful failure to comply with the law , conflict of interest and fraudulent acquisition of public property.

    The Tana Athi Water Works Development Agency boss was later released on Ksh 300,000 cash bail.

    The said officials have been under EACC radar since 2022 after receiving complaints that top officials of Tanathi Water Works Development Agency had embezzled public funds.
