President William Ruto has reassigned Aden Duale to the Ministry of Environment, while Soipan Tuya moved has been moved from that role to become the newly proposed Defence Minister.
This has been revealed by Speaker of National Assembly Hon Moses Wetangula this afternoon at the floor of the house.
