The world’s longest human feces ever to be found belonged to a sick Viking in the 9th Century AD , this is according to a report by New York post.
Reffered to, as the “precious feces” and officially known as Lloyd Bank Coprolite meaning fossilized manure, the 1200 year old human waste is valued at Ksh 500,000 and is found in York , England.
The world record breaking human waste which was discovered in York , northwest of England in 1972 by construction workers during the building of a Lloyds TSB branch, is said to be 8 inches long and 2 inches wide.
The producer of the said precious human deposit is believed to have consumed meat and bread during the time of disposal.
The Viking believed to be the owner of the feces when it died, it’s was found infested with Whipworms and May-worms eggs indicating that the Viking likely had a stomach upset and other gastro interstinal discomforts.
Today, the log resides in a glass box at the Jorvik Viking Centre, York, England; where, in 2003, visitors dropped it, breaking it into three pieces. It has since been repaired.
The Centre is proud to call itself the turd’s final resting place, even hosting a virtual workshop in February called “Poo Day!” in which fans learned about the dung’s significance.
