An elderly man was left dumbfounded after purchasing a cow for Ksh 32,900, which collapsed and failed to rise again at Kithoyoko Market in Masinga Sub-County, Machakos County.
The seller of the cow vanished without a trace after the exchange.
For close to three hours , the cow was beaten but failed to raise up forcing the buyer to give up on and hurriedly left .
The incident drew attention at the local market paralyzing activities as passers-by stormed the livestock area of the market , to take a glimpse of an extraordinary situation.
