A Milk Vendor whose photos went viral today after he was captured having a bad day in office has received overwhelming support from Kenyans.
The pictures of him desperately seated on the roadside after his milk he was transporting on a bodaboda spilled, were first shared online by Ndun’gu Nyoro , the Affecto founder , before blogs took the story and made it viral.
“Poor guy. Not sure where this is but the road has made his life difficult. Hata ameketi chini kwanza.” A post initially shared by Nyoro on his Facebook page read.
Kenyans would gather online and contributed to him some cash as a way of sympathizing with him following the unfortunate incident
It would later emerge that the milk vendor is one Mr John Kinyua alias GATIA, who works as milk vendor and whose milk delivery was messed up at St Anne’s Kiriari – Kithunguriri road which is in Embu County.
Other than wishers sending their monetary support , a renowned tour company has promised to offer him a three full days paid off vacation to Mombasa.
Taking to their socia media platforms, Maasai Expenditions said :” We are looking for him! Men go through a lot in pursuit of a better life. We all have a good and bad day in office. This is an example of a bad day. We understand him.
We feel his pain. We are saying sorry by rewarding him 3 days fully paid vacation to Mombasa!”
