Detectives are on a manhunt for an Anglican Church of Kenya (ACK) pastor who has gone into hiding after allegedly sod*mizing his friend in a shocking overnight ordeal.

The suspect, identified as Felix Kilonzo, a minister at Kasasûûle in Kinyambu, reportedly committed the heinous act last night before vanishing without a trace. His distraught victim reported the ordeal to the authorities early this morning, sparking a widespread search by law enforcement.

According to police sources, the suspect had invited his friend for an evening gathering at his residence before things took a horrifying turn. It remains unclear what transpired before the alleged attack, but investigators suspect the victim may have been drugged or overpowered before the assault took place.

“This is a serious matter, and we are actively pursuing the suspect. We urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to report to the nearest police station,” a senior detective involved in the case told Channel 15 News.

The case has sent shockwaves through the local community, with church members and residents expressing disbelief that a man of the cloth could be linked to such a crime.

“We trusted him as a spiritual leader, and now this? It is beyond shocking!” exclaimed one congregant from Kasasûûle ACK Church.

The victim, whose identity remains withheld for security reasons, has been taken to a local hospital for medical examination as investigations intensify.

Authorities are now combing through the pastor’s past records to determine if there are any similar complaints against him. Meanwhile, the church leadership has yet to issue an official statement on the disturbing allegations.

This incident comes amid growing concerns over cases of sexual abuse involving religious leaders in Kenya, raising questions about accountability within places of worship.

Police have urged the suspect to surrender before they catch up with him, warning that the law will take its course.
