    The Kamba music industry has been thrown into mourning following the death of renowned Benga artist , popularly known by his stage name Solo Sita.

    Solo Sita passed away early today while receiving treatment at after a prolonged battle with illness, bringing to an end a difficult journey that had seen family, friends, fellow musicians and fans rally behind him with prayers and financial support.

    The news of his death has sent shockwaves across the Kamba entertainment scene, where he was widely admired for his distinctive Benga sound, humility and unwavering determination despite his health challenges.

    Throughout his musical career, Solo Sita built a loyal following through songs that resonated deeply with Kamba audiences. Beyond his music, he earned respect for his resilience, remaining hopeful even as he battled illness.

    Tributes have continued to pour in from fellow artistes, fans and leaders, many remembering him as a gifted musician whose work enriched Kamba culture and inspired a new generation of performers.
