Panic and grief have gripped Elburgon in Nakuru County after a trusted farm manager allegedly turned into a cold-blooded killer, slaughtering his elderly employers before dumping their bodies in a pit latrine.

The 72-year-old man and his 70-year-old wife, well-known in the quiet farming village, were reported missing before their horrifying end was uncovered. Detectives say the farm manager murdered the couple in cold blood and then attempted to conceal the crime by disposing of their bodies—one in a pit latrine and the other in a hole within the compound.

Residents were left in shock as police pulled out the lifeless bodies, a scene described by witnesses as “the most chilling in years.” The suspect, believed to have worked for the family for years, was quickly arrested as detectives launched investigations into the gruesome killings.
Even more disturbing, a close family member remains unaccounted for, with fears that the suspect may have also harmed them. Police have mounted a search operation as locals brace for the worst.

The double murder has sent shockwaves across Nakuru County, with shaken villagers questioning how a man entrusted with the family’s land and home could turn against them in such a savage manner.
Authorities have assured the public that justice will be served as homicide detectives continue piecing together the events that led to the bloody betrayal.
