Shock and outrage have gripped a village in Mbooni East, Makueni County, after a middle-aged man was allegedly caught pants down in a disturbing late-night encounter involving a neighbour’s donkey before fleeing into the darkness.
The bizarre incident unfolded in the dead of night when the donkey’s owner was startled awake by strange noises coming from his homestead. Suspecting a thief or wild animal, he rushed outside—only to stumble upon a horrifying and unthinkable scene.
According to the owner, the man was found in a compromising position with the animal. Upon realising he had been exposed, the suspect reportedly panicked, hurriedly pulled up his trousers and bolted into the night, disappearing before neighbours could respond to the alarm.
By morning, word of the incident had spread like wildfire, leaving residents stunned and disgusted as police were notified.
The donkey was later examined and found to have sustained injuries to its private parts, prompting authorities to treat the matter as a serious case of animal cruelty and sexual misconduct.
