Detectives in Kisasi Police Station, Kitui Rural Constituency, are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a police officer attached to the station.
The officer was found lifeless in his rented house at Kisasi market after failing to report for duty for several days. Local authorities confirmed the discovery and said his absence had raised concern among colleagues.
