Wiper Patriotic Front leader Kalonzo Musyoka on Thursday hosted a delegation of 300 members of the Meru community, engaging in a “frank and constructive discussion” on the state of the nation and the collective hopes of Kenyans.

The meeting was attended by Kalonzo’s close allies, Hon. JB Muturi and Hon. Mithika Linturi, whose contributions, the Wiper leader noted, added “real weight” to the engagement. Organised by Wiper party officials under the guidance of Executive Director Hon. Benson Milai, the gathering highlighted the party’s ongoing commitment to national unity, equity, and ensuring that all communities have a meaningful voice in shaping Kenya’s future.

Thursday also marked the birthday of Hon. Mithika Linturi. Kalonzo Musyoka took the opportunity to celebrate his colleague, praising him as “a man whose journey in public service has been shaped by courage, discipline and an unwavering commitment to the people he represents.” He added that Linturi has built a record “defined by resilience and a deep understanding of the challenges facing our country,” offering leadership that inspires many across Kenya.

The Wiper leader highlighted the importance of partnership in leadership, noting that “our work together has shown that partnership rooted in honesty and shared purpose can move mountains.” He wished Linturi joy, good health, and continued success in service to the nation, as the two leaders reaffirmed their shared vision for a country founded on dignity, justice, and opportunity for all.
