“I Was Forced to Change Election Results” – SK Macharia Reveals How Raila’s 2007 & 2022 Victories Were Stolen

In a stunning revelation, Royal Media Services (RMS) Chairperson Samuel Kamau (SK) Macharia has detailed how elections were manipulated in favor of Mwai Kibaki in 2007 and William Ruto in 2022, denying Raila Odinga victory.

Speaking during the burial of veteran pilot James Gitahi Ngunyo in Maanzoni, Machakos County, Macharia admitted that he was personally forced to alter election results in 2007, tipping the win to Kibaki despite having clear data that Raila had won by 1.8 million votes.

“In 2007, Kibaki was declared the winner, but we had complete data showing Raila had won. I was picked from my house at night, and all returning officers from Mt. Kenya had their results seized. I was taken to my office, found certain people there, and we changed the figures—Kibaki won,” Macharia confessed.

The media mogul further disclosed that Raila was duped into trusting a compromised voter register in 2022, which had already been manipulated to favor Ruto.

“I warned Raila that the voter register was fake and needed to be cleaned, but he didn’t take it seriously. Because of the handshake with Uhuru, he thought it was a free throw,” he added, noting that Ruto outmaneuvered them despite claims by Raila’s camp that they had the “deep state” on their side.

With these revelations, the debate over Kenya’s electoral integrity is once again at the forefront, raising serious questions about past and future elections.
