Secret Talks with Matiang’i and Natembeya Signal a New Alliance

The battle for Kenya’s 2027 presidency has taken a dramatic twist after Jubilee Secretary-General Jeremiah Kioni revealed that Wiper Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka is spearheading a new political alliance to unseat President William Ruto.

Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka addresses residents in Dagoretti North, demanding answers on the whereabouts of the abducted Mlolongo Four, as Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna and former Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu look on.

In a bold move that excludes both ODM and Kenya Kwanza, Kalonzo is reportedly in talks with former Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i, Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya, and a host of other political heavyweights to craft a “one-touch” victory strategy. Former Defense CS Eugene Wamalwa is also said to be in the mix, as the coalition shapes up to be a formidable force in the coming election.

The revelation, coming amid visible cracks within Azimio la Umoja, signals a major realignment in Kenya’s political landscape, setting the stage for what could be a seismic showdown in 2027.

Kalonzo Demands Justice for the ‘Mlolongo Four’

Addressing residents after a church service at Eden Gospel Triumphant Ministry in Dagoretti North, Kalonzo was flanked by key figures, including Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna and former Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu.

In a fiery speech, the Wiper leader took direct aim at the government, demanding accountability over the disappearance of the “Mlolongo Four”, a group allegedly abducted under unclear circumstances.

“Tomorrow at the Milimani High Court, we will ask Inspector General of Police, Douglas Kanja, to explain where the abducted Mlolongo Four are. If Kanja fails to appear, he should be jailed for contempt of court,” Kalonzo declared.

With political tensions rising, Kalonzo made it clear that 2025 will be the year of liberation.

“Usife moyo! This is a democratic country, and even the president must obey the law,” he told the crowd, hinting at a nationwide mobilization ahead of 2027.

“Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka deeply immersed in worship during a church service at Eden Gospel Triumphant Ministry, as he seeks divine guidance amid ongoing political realignments ahead of 2027.”

The coming months will reveal whether Kalonzo’s new alliance can sustain momentum and challenge Ruto’s re-election bid. But one thing is certain: Kenya’s political chessboard is shifting, and the battle lines are being drawn.
