A village in Mwala has been left in shock after a 25-year-old man was arraigned at Wamunyu Law Courts on charges of raping a 72-year-old woman in a horrifying incident that has sparked outrage among residents.
Mutisya Kioko, the suspect, appeared before Senior Resident Magistrate Pascal Eugene Nabwana, where he faced allegations of sexually assaulting the elderly woman on the night of March 16 in Kitange Village, Mwala Location.
