    Dirty Cop: Londiani OCS Shoots Makadara Principal Magistrate On The Chest, After Denying Wife’s Bond

    A senior police officer has been shot dead at Makadara Law Courts after he fired and injured Principal Magistrate Monica Kivuti who was presiding days cause list at Court Number 9.

    A police report filed by Jogoo Rd OCS indicate that, 55-year old Samson Kipruto who until the incident was serving as OCS Londiani , entered inside the court through the magistrates door and fired shots towards the magistrate injuring her on the chest and left hip.

    This is after his 48-year old wife identified as Jennifer Wairimu , an accused in a case of obtaining money by false pretence amounting to Ksh.2.9 million was denied bail by the court, after pleading to be released on cash bail.

    During the incident three other police officers who were on duty inside the court were injured and rushed to hospital in stable , while the body of the deceased has been taken to city mortuary awaiting autopsy.
