Three minors are currently receiving treatment at Kyuso Level 4 Hospital after a police vehicles rammed into them while they were playing by the roadside at Kakunike Market in Kyuso, Mwingi North Sub-County.
According to a witness who spoke to Channel 15 News , the police vehicle was ferrying a suspected thief who had been beaten by mob justice to hospital when the incident happened.
The suspect had been saved by police following a robbery incident in Kyuso had been burned partly before police stepped in and saved him from the hungry mob , who wanted him to be burned to ashes.
However while enroute to hospital at Kakunike Sub-Location, a double tragedy occurred forcing the police to rush both the suspect and the minors to hospital.
