Ikanga/Kyatune Ward representative, Hon. Cyrus Kisavi, popularly known as Sonko, is currently admitted to a Nairobi hospital after a brutal attack by unknown assailants. The incident, believed to be a case of mistaken identity, has left the MCA in critical condition.
According to a reliable source who spoke to Channel 15 News on condition of anonymity, Sonko was accosted by a group of men in Nairobi. He was severely beaten and lost consciousness before police arrived at the scene to rescue him.
The MCA was immediately rushed to Nairobi Hospital, where he is currently recuperating under medical care. Authorities have confirmed that investigations are underway, and a manhunt has been launched to apprehend the suspects involved in the violent assault.
