Police in Matungulu Sub-County, Machakos County have launched investigations, after a middle aged woman jumped from third of an apartment in Tala Town.
According to witnesses, the unidentified woman appeared from the balcony of the 10 floor-apartment before jumping down.
Initial police investigation didn’t reveal whether the victim was in command y of anyone or the reason behind the jump.
Matungulu detectives are treating the case as an attempted suicide while investigation proceed.
The woman is currently receiving treatment at Ruai Hospital.
