    Kenya Power Experiencing Delays in Relaying Token Messages

    Kenya Power has confirmed that it is currently facing delays in relaying token messages to customers following purchases made since yesterday untill now.

    In an official statement, the company addressed the issue, stating:

    “We wish to inform all our pre-paid customers that we are experiencing a delay in relaying token messages.”

    In light of this situation, customers are advised to access their tokens by dialing *977# and navigating through the following options:

    1. Select Prepaid Services (Token)
    2. Choose Latest Token
    3. Either select their meter or add a new meter.

    Additionally, customers can access their tokens through the MyPower App, which is available for download on both Android and iOS platforms.
